Shipping Policy and Potential Delays
Order Processing & Shipping Times:
- Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. During holiday seasons and special sales events, shipping times may extend by an additional 5-10 business days due to increased demand and potential carrier delays. Orders placed on weekends or outside of normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am – 4 pm Mountain Time) will be processed on the next business day.
Free Shipping:
- United States: We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders of $35 or more (excluding taxes). This offer is valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, oversized packages, and U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Canada: We offer FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 USD (excluding taxes).
Shipping Destinations: We ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain locations or international destinations.
Shipping Estimates: When placing an order, we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and the shipping method you select. Shipping estimates, if available, will appear on the shipping quotes page during checkout.
Shipping Rates: Many items have weight-based shipping rates. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with our shipping partners' policies.
