Shipping Policy and Potential Delays

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within 3–5 business days thereafter. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM MT) will be processed on the next business day.

During holiday periods, promotional events, product launches, and other high-volume sales periods, processing and shipping times may be extended by an additional 5–10 business days due to increased order volume and potential carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $14.99 within the Continental United States.

Flat-rate shipping does not apply to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Oversized packages

  • U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to excluded locations or requiring special handling.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at checkout based on product availability, destination, and the date the order is placed. Please note that these estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delays and Carrier Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, REUZEL is not responsible for delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
